This Privacy Policy explains how Uptura Inc. ("Uptura", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://uptura.io (the "Site") and join our waitlist. Uptura is a website operations platform currently in early access.
By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We collect only the information we need to operate the Site and keep you informed about Uptura:
- Waitlist details: the email address, and any name or company information, you voluntarily provide when joining the waitlist or contacting us.

- Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to run the Site and to power privacy-respecting analytics, as described below.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
