These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://uptura.io (the "Site") and the Uptura application (the "Service"), operated by Uptura Inc. ("Uptura", "we", "us", or "our"). Uptura is a website operations platform available in public beta.
By accessing or using the Site or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
1. The Site and the service
The Site provides information about Uptura and access to the Uptura application. Uptura is offered free during a public beta; the product is under active development, and features, limits, and pricing described on the Site are subject to change, delay, or discontinuation without notice.
2. Account communications
When you create an account, you agree that we may send you service emails related to your account, monitors, and alerts, as well as occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
